What started out as selling ice cream from an abandoned postal-truck, quickly turned into a multimillion-dollar ice cream company! Take a look at the two women behind this innovative brand.
Coolhaus co-founders Natasha Case and Freya Estreller started baking cookies, making ice cream, and combining into “cool houses” in 2008. The co-founders Case and Estreller share mutual backgrounds in design and real estate fields and they began naming their ice cream sandwiches after architects and architectural movements that inspired them!
In 2016, Coolhaus has brought in $7 million in revenues, Case stated. This year, their revenues are expected to climb between $15 million and $17 million. Coolhaus has a small corporate team of 14 which is filled with “empowered women leaders.”
