This startup has been transforming restaurants into all-access networks and the result of this process has been very successful!
Founded by WeWork, KettleSpace partners with leading hospitality brands to create a network of on-demand, perk-filled working and meeting spaces during their downtime. KettleSpace offers value-added community, connections, services, and benefits to support their community members along their professional journey.
Each location has a community manager – a person with a hospitality background whom KettleSpace hires to help members with business needs. For example, if a member needs help with Adobe Photoshop, a community manager could try and put them in touch with a fellow member who would be willing to provide a brief tutorial.
Kettlespace also gives the option of hosting intramural kickball leagues, breakfast gatherings, lunch-and-learns, panel discussions, or other social events.
As members are allowed to move across several KettleSpace locations, it gives members the opportunity to book client meetings in different locations around town. The company has also prioritized spreading its locations across the city, rather than concentrated in one spot, so they’re accessible from more neighborhoods.
Kettlespace is $99 a month for unlimited access, $49 for 40 hours a month, or $25 for 10 hours a month.
