The $5 billion L.A. Stadium is transforming the site of the former Hollywood Park Racetrack. This 70,000-seat stadium is getting ready to become the new “must-see” entertainment destination and gathering spot in the center of the Los Angeles basin. It is set to be the home of future NFL games for both the Los Angeles Chargers and Los Angeles Rams. In addition, the stadium is set to host Super Bowl LVI in 2022 and the Opening and Closing ceremonies of the 2028 Olympics!
The Lucas Museum of Narrative Art is well on its way as this 21st century cultural destination will be located at Exposition Park in South Los Angeles. The focus of the Museum is to open up people’s imaginations and inspire them to dream beyond what is considered possible. The Lucas Museum will celebrate the art of visual storytelling and enables people of diverse backgrounds to experience the power of narrative art across all mediums, including painting, illustration, comic art, photography, film, animation and digital art. The $1.5 billion museum is set to open in 2021!
Angels Landing will soon be transforming the Downtown LA landscape. This 1.26-million-square-foot project will feature 120 condos, 450 apartments, 480 hotel rooms, a charter school, and 50,000 square feet of commercial space! This new tower is set to rise at 1,020 feet in height which would place Angels Landing among the city’s tallest buildings – surpassing both the Wilshire Grand and the U.S. Bank Tower! Construction of the Angels Landing development is set to be completed by 2024.
