JINYA is ramen culture, where the relationship between broth and noodles is serious but delicious business! Take a look at America’s next best restaurant!

The son of a successful restauranteur, Tomo Takahashi wanted to revive his father’s dream as his father owned an Isaka-style restaurant named Jinya, where he focused on three values: Delicious food at reasonable prices that’s accessible to all. And ever since then, JINYA Ramen Bar has been constantly creating new flavor combinations and challenging their already high standards to continually elevate their ramen culture!

At JINYA, everyone can experience a rich broth with a perfect balance of handmade noodles. They are known for their slow-cooked approach to ramen which is all made from broths simmered for 10 hours in-house. The ramen-focused menu features 13 signature bowls with more than 25 toppings and countless combinations.

Clay Sanger, the group’s Chief Operating Officer, recently stated in an interview with Forbes, that three keys items involved in their growth include: ” 1) To continue our quality of product that differentiates us from anyone else and gives us our competitive advantage, 2) The guest experience; we want to create a customizable experience rooted in technology, 3) Continuing to make our locations with a warm and friendly ambiance.”

JINYA currently has several locations in North America, as well as Canada. By 2023, Clay Sanger, the group’s Chief Operating Officer, said JINYA expects to open 250 restaurants across North America, and we are thrilled to be a part of their growth!
