Lastly, we have Avocadamama which is a vegan pop-up store that specializes in vegan mac ‘n’ cheese. Avocadamama has a Curry Mac which is seasoned with cheese over rigatoni, broccoli & peas, topped with breadcrumbs. Their second option is the OG Mac which is their original cheese over rigatoni pasta topped with breadcrumbs. And their third option is a taco jalapeño which is a taco seasoned cheese over pasta topped with pico de gallo & avocado. Take a look at their website to see their dates of when they are going to be near you.
